We offer domestic returns and exchanges for items purchased at mizzenandmain.com or at a Mizzen+Main store.
Holiday Returns
Purchases made on or after November 2 can be returned or exchanged through January 8.
Your Options
- Refund: Back to your original form of payment. A $5 restocking fee is deducted to cover processing.
- Exchange or store credit: No restocking fee.
- Last Chance items (markdowns): Exchange or store credit only.
Eligibility
Items must be unwashed and unworn with all tags attached.
Processing
Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days of arrival to allow time for inspection.
