Mizzen+Main Front End Developer:

Mizzen+Main is hiring a full-time Front End Developer who will be responsible for daily website maintenance and development.  The role will be responsible for executing all development projects as needed by the Marketing Department, this includes but is not limited to:  landing page development, product page development, troubleshooting / debugging, and all frontend design development for Applicants should possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented, have experience or education in frontend website development, and willing to adjust as needed to support the business. The position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and must be located in Dallas, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Shopify Theme customization including all layouts and templates
-Create a completely mobile optimized site for all mobile / handheld devices
-Create a responsive shopping cart experience optimized for all devices
-Maintain / Implement Shopify app integrations needed to support
-Execute day to day maintenance including debugging, landing page development, product page and homepage maintenance
-Maintain awareness of Ecommerce leading practices and new technologies; be able to formulate and present recommendations for improvement opportunities to Company leadership
-Track product sales and develop recommendations to improve web-performance of slow-moving items (e.g. page visits)
-Optimize performance drivers of pages and entire website

-Knowledgeable about how webpages request assets from vendors
-Must possess a strong proficiency in effectively troubleshooting high-volume online systems while minimizing impact to the customer experience
-Must be able to effectively manage time across multiple projects and priorities
-Must possess good organization and time management skills
-Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able and willing to effectively communicate with all users having little or no technical knowledge
-Must have a proven track record of developing and supporting high-volume web applications
-Strong skills in CSS and modern web design patterns and trends
-Must possess an extremely proactive attitude
-Familiar with Git and branching/integration
-Familiar with Chrome dev tools for debugging
-Familiar with Shopify or other CMS / Ecommerce software

-Degree in Computer Sciences, programming or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
-2 years of web development experience is preferred but not required
-A basic knowledge of eCommerce development is required
-Prior experience with an eCommerce platform, web design, and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus

 Mizzen+Main Sales Associate: 

The Sales Associate will support the Director of Retail, responsible for driving the business through direct sales channels which includes but is not limited to: VIP customers, pop up shops, trunk shows, and in person events. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated and detail oriented, and willing to adjust as needed for the support of the business. Reports to Director of Retail in Dallas, Texas.

 Primary Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all VIP direct sales online, over the phone, and in person
-Drive the direct sales business by identifying and pursuing new sales channels and opportunities
-Assist Director of Retail in planning and implementing pop-up shops
-Responsible for planning and executing trunk shows and in person events
-Create and cultivate additional sales channels and strategies for the team
-Maintain existing VIP sales relationships and continue growing customer base
-Run and develop Mizzen+Main customer loyalty programs
-Close coordination with the marketing team for in person events, trunk shows, pop-ups, and other events to drive sales and grow the Mizzen+Main brand
-Partner with Product Development on customer product testing experiences
-Work closely with the Coordinator on a daily basis

Mizzen+Main: New York Sales Associate:

Mizzen+Main is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to work at our SoHo Pop Up Store running from June - December 2017. Applicants should have a love for fashion and strong communication and sales skills. Position is part-time and open to seasonal/summer applicants. Reports to the Store Manager and is located in New York, NY. Hiring immediately. 

Primary Responsibilities:
-Be knowledgeable about Mizzen+Main's brand and products and represent the brand
-Help customer in all aspects including product information, creating a sale, transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
-Assist in the completion of daily projects around the store while maintaining focus on the customer experience.
-Stay well-informed on events and promotional offers in-store and online, providing customers with a seamless shopping experience.
-Participate in properly stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising inventory.

The Ecommerce Manager will oversee Mizzen+Main’s online sales and presence. They are responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web. Extensive working knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify platforms is a must. This role presents a tremendous amount of growth potential for those dedicated to building the next great American brand. Reports to the CMO in Dallas, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Ecommerce manager will work with an external and internal team of developers, marketers, and creatives and will be responsible for all site-related activities to create, manage, and analyze the online transaction system and look of the website. This includes:

-Overseeing and tracking all ecommerce revenue
-Organizing promotions 
-Assisting in advertising decisions
-Site optimization and CRO
-Site maintenance
-Product life cycle reporting and decision making 
-Staying up to date on software or data trends
-Providing analytic reports of online sales
-Knowledge of multi-attribution modelling and Google Analytics
-Work directly with CMO & Creative Director to develop marketing data-driven strategies that support revenue growth

 Golf Wholesale Internship:

Mizzen+Main is seeking an intern to support its Golf Division of the Wholesale department. The position will work with the Golf Account Executive and the wholesale team on a daily basis to execute a multitude of tasks including order management, marketing, reporting, in addition to other sales and account service needs. The Individual should possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and willing to adjust as needed to support the business. Must be located in Dallas, Texas.

Position is available from May-August and August-December with a regular schedule of 40 hours/week. If travel is required, all travel related expenses and per diem will be reimbursed.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Support daily activities including order management and account services
-Support Golf AE with any needs related to invoicing, order processing and inquiries
-Assist with prospecting including cold calls and direct mail efforts
-Green Grass Tournament Support (on-site, travel required)
-Work with the Wholesale Team to support marketing needs (ie: tradeshows, sales and account assets)
