The Wholesale Director will support the VP of Wholesale, responsible for the acquisition and management of wholesale accounts with a focus on Majors & International partners. While a fashion degree is not required, a proficiency for and love of retail is a must, along with an unparalleled work ethic to ensure Mizzen+Main continues its aggressive growth trajectory. Primary Responsibilities:
-Responsible for account management of all major and international accounts, including order input, assortment mix analysis, expansion strategy and weekly reporting
-Develop compelling assortments targeted towards each specific account/door
-Work directly with Wholesale Director – Marketing & Communications to develop marketing strategies and in-store opportunities for major & international accounts
-Develop business plans, sales process and strategy for wholesale business that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability
-Support the management of NuOrder Wholesale order platform, including new account and item setup, inventory analysis, and sales reporting
-Assist in the planning, implementation and management of the Wholesale budget
-Manage the sales plan and budget for all majors & international accounts
-Responsible for driving the business by identifying and pursuing new wholesale acquisition opportunities
-Support the expansion of wholesale accounts through targeted travel and tradeshows

-Minimum of 3 years buying or merchandise planning experience                            -Strong analytical background and demonstrated success
-Hard-working, dedicated and focused on achieving sales goals
-Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to partners
-Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
-Must work well in a collaborative environment-Skilled in all basic platforms (Word, Excel etc.)

 Golf Wholesale Internship:

Mizzen+Main is seeking an intern to support its Golf Division of the Wholesale department. The position will work with the Golf Account Executive and the wholesale team on a daily basis to execute a multitude of tasks including order management, marketing, reporting, in addition to other sales and account service needs. The Individual should possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and willing to adjust as needed to support the business. Must be located in Dallas, Texas.

Position is available from May-August and August-December with a regular schedule of 40 hours/week. If travel is required, all travel related expenses and per diem will be reimbursed.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Support daily activities including order management and account services
-Support Golf AE with any needs related to invoicing, order processing and inquiries
-Assist with prospecting including cold calls and direct mail efforts
-Green Grass Tournament Support (on-site, travel required)
-Work with the Wholesale Team to support marketing needs (ie: tradeshows, sales and account assets)
-Assist with the management of the Wholesale order management platform
-Assist with the development of processes to increase efficiency of Golf division
-Support ad hoc requests and office management needs


-Possess a pleasant, patient, friendly and positive attitude
-Knowledge of Golf Industry, working experience preferred
-Willingness and desire to work in the grind of a startup
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
-Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
