Mizzen+Main Office Manager and Executive Assistant:

Mizzen+Main is hiring a full-time Office Manager and Executive Assistant who will be responsible for supporting all office needs and directly assisting the CEO with all relevant duties. This individual must possess strong communication skills, take initiative to proactively solve problems, and manage a range of responsibilities for an effective office environment. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required. The position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and must be located in Dallas, Texas. Starts immediately.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Maintain all supplies for the office and oversee office logistics or issues
-Greet all deliveries and distribute them to appropriate personnel
-Interface with landlord and building supervisor for any building needs
-Administrative duties include managing calendars and travel, meeting and event arrangements and oversight, helping onboard new hires with appropriate logistics and paperwork, and helping CEO execute ad-hoc tasks both in and out of office as necessary
-Assist the CFO in expense report filing and preparation
-Provide help when available to broader executive team
-Fill in for customer service or events team, as all team members at Mizzen+Main do when necessary

Mizzen+Main Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will support the Wholesale Director: Majors, responsible for account management including in-store training and special events with a focus on major wholesale accounts. While a fashion degree is not required, a proficiency for and love of retail is a must, along with an unparalleled work ethic to ensure Mizzen+Main continues its aggressive growth trajectory. This role presents a tremendous amount of growth potential for those dedicated to building the next great American brand. Reports to Wholesale Director: Majors in Dallas, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Develop special events & store training strategy that supports the attainment of department and company sales goals and profitability
-Responsible for the implementation of all in-store events and product knowledge trainings for majors, while ensuring the brand is always appropriately represented
-Execute in-store merchandising and support associate engagement through targeted contests and sales initiatives
-Foster strong relationships and drive excitement among the store teams to ensure the achievement of both store and company goals
-Communicate with marketing and PR team regarding all aspects of in-store events
-Support Wholesale Director in the management of all major accounts, including item and order input
-Develop and maintain understanding of all products, delivery timelines, and shipping windows
-Assist sales presentations with major accounts during meetings & trade shows
-Assist in the planning and management of the Wholesale budget for majors
-Responsible for driving the business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities

Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities:
-Develop marketing & tradeshow plan for wholesale business that supports the attainment of department and company sales goals and profitability
-Work directly with Wholesale and Marketing teams to identify in-store merchandising & training opportunities for retail partners
-Responsible for the implementation of all wholesale marketing strategies including the coordination and execution of tradeshows
-Communicate marketing and tradeshow details with the team on an ongoing basis and ensure timely execution
-Oversee all aspects of multiple tradeshows each season, including the completion of contracts, coordination of shipments and the execution of booth setup and breakdown
-Supervise the production, printing and distribution of all wholesale marketing assets including in store signage, emails and printed collateral
-Support the management of NuOrder Wholesale order platform, including item setup and sales assets
-Assist in the planning and management of the Wholesale budget for marketing & tradeshows

Mizzen+Main Fort Worth Assistant Store Manager:

Mizzen+Main is looking for a highly motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic Retail Assistant Store Manager to work at our Shops at Clearfork Store running from September 2017 – January 2018. Applicants should have a love for fashion and strong communication and sales skills. Reports to the Director of Retail and is located in the DFW Area. Hiring immediately. 

Primary Responsibilities:

- Be knowledgeable about Mizzen+Main's brand and products and represent the brand to the highest standards at all times.
- Work 5 days a week, including 1 day a weekend (with one weekend off a month). Any store emergencies or fill in for absent employees are your responsibility, even if it conflicts with this schedule.
-Help Director of Retail in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Manage sales associates schedules on a weekly basis.
-Complete store operational requirements including inventory and store management and financial reporting.
-Help plan and execute in store events throughout the duration of the pop up shop
-Work with Director of Retail to determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
-Maintain consistent and regular communication of business needs and sales updates and forecasting with the Director of Retail.

Mizzen+Main is seeking an intern to support its Marketing Department. The position will work with the marketing team on a daily basis to execute a multitude of tasks. The Individual should possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and willing to adjust as needed to support the business. Must be located in Dallas, Texas. Position is available from August-December. Intern will have a flexible work schedule of approximately 20 hours a week.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Assisting the Marketing Director and CMO with various daily tasks as needed
-Completing various administrative tasks as requested
-Researching and developing PR leads
-Assisting in content development for social media avenues
-Assisting on photoshoots 
-Update Shopify inventory

Mizzen+Main Golf Wholesale Internship:

Mizzen+Main is seeking an intern to support its Golf Division of the Wholesale department. The position will work with the Golf Account Executive and the wholesale team on a daily basis to execute a multitude of tasks including order management, marketing, reporting, in addition to other sales and account service needs. The Individual should possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and willing to adjust as needed to support the business. Must be located in Dallas, Texas. Position is available from August-December with potential to extend. Intern will work a regular schedule of 40 hours/week and is paid hourly. If travel is required, all travel related expenses and per diem will be reimbursed.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Support daily activities including order management and account services -Support Golf AE with any needs related to invoicing, order processing and inquiries
-Assist with prospecting including cold calls and direct mail efforts
-Green Grass Tournament Support (on-site, travel required)
-Work with the Wholesale Team to support marketing needs (ie: tradeshows, sales and account assets)
-Assist with the management of the Wholesale order management platform
-Assist with the development of processes to increase efficiency of Golf division
-Support ad hoc requests and office management needs

Requirements:
